The Value Adjustment Board (VAB) for Pinellas County, Florida, hereby gives notice that on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 commencing at 10:00 A.M., the VAB will reconvene to act upon the Special Magistrate recommendation for VAB Petition 2019-0001 for the 2019 tax year, to approve the Final Certification of the 2019 tax rolls, and to consider any and all other matters that may legally come before the Value Adjustment Board.
So long as the Executive Office of the Governor Orders 20-69 and 20-112 and any extensions remain in effect or as required by law, the Pinellas County VAB will be holding this meeting virtually utilizing the ZOOM platform.

If the Executive Office of the Governor Orders 20-69 and 20-112 expire prior to the May 20th meeting date, then the meeting will be held at 315 Court Street, Clerk’s Large 4th Floor Conference Room, Clearwater, Florida. Attending the meeting virtually will not be an available option.
Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
As Pinellas County is currently operating under a Declaration of Emergency relating to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and is practicing CDC recommended social distancing protocols, staff from the Office of Human Rights is working remotely from the office.
