Upcoming Official Records Website and eMarriage Application
The Pinellas County Clerk's office will debut a new Recording and Official Records website called Acclaim. The upgrade will take place starting Saturday, August 19th through Monday, August 21st until approximately 8:00 a.m. During the upgrade, the Official Records portion of the Clerk's website may be unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.
The new Acclaim website will give citizens greater search capabilities with 4 new search criteria including simple search, consideration, legal description and case number. Citizens will be able to search official records starting from January 1, 1957 and generate their own reports using a user-friendly interface.
eMarriage is another added feature that will be our new online marriage license pre-application program. By using the eMarriage application, citizens can save time and conveniently fill out all the necessary information required by the State of Florida to be issued a marriage license. The online application is valid for 60 calendar days from the day it is submitted.
