New Release: Official Records Website and eMarriage Application
Starting today, the Clerk's new Recording and Official Records website called Acclaim has been officially released, along with the new eMarriage Application site.
The Acclaim website gives citizens greater search capabilities with 4 new search criteria including simple search, consideration, legal description and case number. Citizens are able to search official records starting from January 1, 1957 and generate their own reports using a user-friendly interface.
eMarriage is another added feature that serves as our new online marriage license pre-application program. By using the eMarriage application, citizens will save time and conveniently fill out all the necessary information required by the State of Florida to be issued a marriage license. The online application is valid for 60 calendar days from the day it is submitted.
