13 March Jury Service Cancellation--March March 13, 2020 By Christopher Short General jury, jury service 0 Per Florida Supreme Court Order 20-13 all Jury Trials have been cancelled for Monday, March 16th through Friday, March 27th 2020 in an abundance of caution and out of respect for public health due to the coronavirus. All summoned jurors are excused from reporting during those dates. The scammer claims to be from the Sheriff’s office and tells the citizen they will need to pay a penalty for missing Jury Service or get arrested. Change in the Service Charge for Online Judicial Sales Pursuant to 45.035(3) F.S., as amended in 2017, the service charge for online judicial sales must be paid by the applicant filing for an electronic sale date. New Payment Option for Service of Writs of Possession Starting April 1, 2019, payments to the Pinellas County Sheriff for service of Writs of Possession can be made online.
