Hurricane Irma Update
All Clerk's office locations are open as of Monday, September 18th.
Court Hearings set to take place at the North County Branch on Thursday, September 14th, or Friday, September 15th, will be rescheduled. Parties will be notified via mail of the new hearing date.
Courts in both Pasco and Pinellas Counties will reopen on Thursday, September 14th. If you had a hearing scheduled on September 13th, and you are represented by an attorney, contact your attorney after the court reopens to learn how and when your hearing will be rescheduled. If you do not have an attorney, check your written notice or subpoena and contact the person/office who sent the notice or subpoena to you. If you set the hearing and sent the notice yourself, contact the office of the judge, magistrate or hearing officer who is assigned to your case to ask how and when your hearing will be rescheduled. Courts are expected to reopen on Thursday, September 14th, but please continue to check the Sixth Judicial Circuit website for their latest updates.
Jury service has been suspended for Thursday, September 14th and Friday, September 15th. Prospective jurors have been dismissed.
