Attorney Copies of Hearing Notices to be Emailed
The Pinellas County Clerk's office is transitioning from mailing attorney copies of hearing notices to emailing hearing notices to Attorneys on all Criminal cases.
This new process will start January 1, 2018. All attorneys are asked to e-file a Designation of Email Address(es), per Rule of Judicial Administration 2.516 (b)(1)(A), into any "one" of their active Criminal cases. Please note, it is not necessary to file a Designation into each case, but each attorney must file one into any one of their cases, even those who currently have an email address designation on file. Going forward, any changes to the attorney's email address should be reflected in a new Designation of Email Address(es).
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we implement this efficiency measure. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Criminal Court Records department by email at circuitcrim@mypinellasclerk.org.
