Since February 2018, the Clerk has started sending electronic copies of Certificates of Title and Certificates of Disbursement to third party winning bidders via email.

Please be aware that as part of a recent credit card security procedure, a cardholder's billing zip code will be verified when processing payment transactions for Traffic, Parking, Criminal or other fines and fees.

Due to a system upgrade, the www.MyFloridaCounty.com services will be unavailable on Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (ET) and on Sunday, November 5, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (ET). During this scheduled maintenance, child support payments, online copy requests, and other online payments of court fines and fees will not be available.

October is nationally recognized as Domestic Violence Awareness Month and the Pinellas County Clerk's office is once again dedicating several activities to help raise awareness of this serious and preventable crime.

After Hurricane Harvey, Irma and Maria, the Pinellas Clerk's family led with their hearts and sprung into action to help those in need. Hundreds of cases of water, flashlights, batteries, non-perishables and clothes were donated. The office also raised $2,710.45 to help the communities recover from the devastation left by the hurricanes.
On Saturday, September 30th starting at 10:00 a.m. (EDT), the Florida Court Clerks and Comptrollers will be performing network maintenance. This will cause a complete outage of all services. The Efiling Portal will not be available during this time. The estimated downtime for this maintenance will be between 3-8 hours.
The Pinellas County Value Adjustment Board (VAB) hereby gives notice that on Friday, September 22, 2017 commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the Clerk of Court and Comptroller's large conference room, Fourth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, an orientation for all appointed VAB Special Magistrates will be held regarding local procedures for hearings, handling or consideration of petitions, evidence, worksheets, forms, decisions or related computer software and files.

The Pinellas County Clerk's office is transitioning from its current Case 360 workflow system to a new web based document workflow system. The installation of the new system, which primarily affects the Probate Court Records Department, will take place on Saturday, September 2, 2017 and be available to Clerk's and Court's staff when normal business operations resume after the Labor Day weekend.
Beginning August 27, 2017, the Pinellas County Clerk's office will be implementing a technical standard required by the Florida Supreme Court Standards for Electronic Access to the Courts. This standard requires sequential numbering of certain case events that are applied to a case docket.
Starting today, the Clerk's new Recording and Official Records website called Acclaim has been officially released, along with the new eMarriage Application site.
The Pinellas County Clerk's office will debut a new Recording and Official Records website called Acclaim. The upgrade will take place starting Saturday, August 19th through Monday, August 21st until approximately 8:00 a.m. During the upgrade, the Official Records portion of the Clerk's website may be unavailable.
